It’s not often you come across a web host where everything is seamless. From the moment I found your website, the sign up process was simple and quick! My account was activated within 7 minutes, I had my username and account details in 14 minutes, and my domain name had propagated to my new hosting account within 7 hours! I was cautious to sign up with a smaller company, fearful that your support would not be as comprehensive and professional as the HUGE web hosting companies out there with MASSIVE budgets. Of course, I was wrong. The beauty of hosting with UHH is personal service. I send in a support request and within minutes I have your attention. I wa s so nervous about spending my hard earned money on another web hosting company's services because I have been burned by fly by night web hosts, but when I started talking with Linda from U Have Hosting I could tell right away that this was a different type of company. I have been hosting here for over 6 months now and have not had any problems reaching anyone or with my service. I was so happy to finally find a Great Host that I told all of my girlfriends & now several of them have moved their web sites to U Have Hosting & they Love It! I was about to pull my hair out because of the frustration with my last host & now I know I wont have to go bald :) Thanks again to everyone at U Have Hosting for all of your help & Support.

I was starting to think that everyone who worked at web hosting companies were a bunch of incompetent boneheads. "I have to check with my Supervisor" was a common theme in support & when the service agent got back finally he would not have the right answer. He would have to go back to the supervisor for more information & of course the supervisor could not get on the phone because he had phone phobia. I was so fed up with web hosting companies that I actually let major outages in my service occur without ever contacting my host because I knew I would never get anyone & when I did they would know nothing. THANKFULLY! I finally found a company that has great service and actually picks up the phone. But wait, there's more, the people on the phone actually know what's going on & how to help me. U Have Hosting, whatever you are doing keep it up & you may want to write up a training manual on how to run a tight ship in hosting & send it to all of the other web hosts out there because obviously they need your help to become better. Thanks again.
